Distribution
How the $APES supply is distributed on the market.
The HypeApes token distribution serves five important roles. We developed this distribution model based on our best possible short term performance, and to stabilise our future plans.
Out of the 1,000,000,000,000 (1 Trillion) Total Token Supply, we will have the following allocations done before the initial token launch.
Initial Token Distribution:
20% of the total supply will be reserved for the private sale that was used to raise funds to have a sufficient Liquidity Pool at our ICO.
Good to know: These tokens will be Vested at launch, and only 25% of the total allocation will be given to the private sale contributors at launch. The private sale token's will be at -100% value at launch, and the remaining private sale tokens that are Vested will be unlocked at the same 25% rate every 7 day after the initial ICO.
40% of the total supply will be the Initial Liquidity that will be deployed on Uniswap against 10 ETH, that was raised from the private sale fundraiser. All of this liquidity will be securely locked on Dinger Lock. See more about DLock below:
25% of the total supply will be locked as the Token Reserve for HypeStake that will be supplying HypeApes tokens for the staking platform. This reserve will be supported by occasional buybacks to ensure the reserve wont be depleted.
10% of the total supply will be locked and reserved for CEX listings. These tokens will only be unlocked in the event of the HypeApes token's CEX listings, which will be announced in our official channels.
5% of the total supply will be locked and reserved for Partnerships, Marketing and Unforeseen events that might need a token injection when the opportunity to do buybacks from the market is not available. The re-locking of this reserve will happen after every expiration month, unless it is announced to be used for the above mentioned reasons.
Good to know: All of the locked supply will be publicly listed and tracked on the website. It will all be locked on our official partners, DLock's platform.
